Morgan is finishing up her MHS at Johns Hopkins in the International Health deparmtment with a focus on Social and Behavioral Interventions. She is currently working with the El Cuete team and, for her thesis, conducting qualitative research with key stakeholders on the feasibility of harm reduction interventions for injection drug users in Tijuana.
